Welcome Breastfeeding 1-2-3 to Sci-Health
Don’t know whether this is a Sci blog or a health blog because Breastfeeding 1-2-3 could really be both. I was breast fed, my brother and sisters were breast fed, both my kids were too. Why? Simply this, breast is best. Come on, we’re mammals. We’ve evolved to nurture our young with breast milk. It provides newborns with antibodies they need while their own immune system build itself up. Breast milk gives babies exactly the right nutrition at the right time. Breast feeding helps build strong bodies, strong bodies, and strong babies. No doubt in my mind, breast is best!
BTW, did you know that something like 96% of Canadian women breast feed their kids for at least three months!
